PEL Contracting

The brief from Dave Saxton, owner of 'PEL Contracting' was as follows:-

"We're thinking of a Pirate  with a hook, who looks,rough and tough but has an engaging smile, and is Kiwi - perhaps a Pukeko sitting on his shoulder rather than a parrot. And perhaps a bit of Raupo in the background or a  cabbage tree or punga?  We want him to be called Swamp Pirate.  What do you think?"
